Whisper Crow Dog is a Sicangu Lakota artist from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in Rosebud, South Dakota. Working across multiple mediums, Crow Dog’s artistic practice primarily centers on acrylic painting, gouache, and beadwork.

Crow Dog received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts at the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she graduated in May 2025. Currently, she is attending Sinte Gleska University (SGU) in Mission, South Dakota to study for Masters degree in Lakota Studies.
